Customer-supplied items
BokkieLam provides the personalisation and printing service only. Clothing, bags, bottles and other items to be personalised must be supplied by the customer, unless otherwise arranged.
Payment & approval
Full payment is required before printing or production can begin. A proof of the design will be sent for approval before printing, and production will only start once the proof has been approved and payment received.
Artwork & design fees
Prices quoted for printing do not automatically include artwork or design work. If artwork needs to be created, edited or specially designed for your order, an additional design fee may apply. Any additional cost will be discussed with you before the work is done.
Please check all names, spelling, colours and details carefully when approving your proof, as BokkieLam cannot be held responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
